This clinical study evaluated the performance of the GlideScope Ranger Video Laryngoscope (GRVL) in clinical practice; the results support the efficacy of the GRVL in routine and difficult laryngoscopy and tracheal intubation. The GRVL may be also useful in various medical emergency situations, but these suggestions have to be supported by further studies.
