The objectives of the Virtual Museum of Equipment for Airway Management are to collect and preserve equipment and accessories, memories of pioneers, documents and images, and educational and scientific publications pertaining to airway management from the beginning of anesthetic practice through the last century.
The Virtual Museum of Equipment of Airway Management is coupled with the Vienna Virtual Museum of the History of Anesthesia and Intensive Care Medicine and in close cooperation with the Collection of Anesthesia and Intensive Care Medicine at the Institute for the History of Medicine in Vienna (Austria). The ADAIR Manager appreciates all offers of donations and objects of loan.
The content in the contributions of the Virtual Museum of Equipment for Airway Management is freely disposable to the world-wide anesthesia, intensive care, and emergency medicine community for personal use and educational purposes.
